Syndicated Bank Debt Operations Doc and Agency Fixed Income Operations Analyst
£12.00 - £17.00 Per Hour
City Of London
This renowned international investment bank with an outstanding reputation worldwide is looking for an exceptional and dynamic Fixed Income Operations Analyst.
The team is responsible for co-ordination of closing and funding of any Agency deals, and then ongoing day-to-day administration in line with documentation, typical activity being ongoing funds flow and information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing Credit Agreements for potential Agency Deals.
• Setting up of Agency Deals in the internal systems, ensuring systems are accurate at all times.
• Liaising with the Borrower and Lenders of Record in respect of Loan events .
• Invoicing, processing and payments: relating to Draw downs, Interest, Repayments, Prepayments, Fees and Trading activity.
• Managing information flows between Borrowers and Lenders of Record.
• Processing transfers between Lenders.
• Logging and tracking of Security documents when the Bank act as Security Agent.
• Interaction with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Tax, Controllers, Treasury and External Clients.
Our client is looking for someone who has a thorough knowledge the Syndicated Bank Debt product including agency experience. As you will have regular contact with Senior Business Managers and Internal / External Clients you must posses strong Interpersonal skills.
