Reconciliations Clerk - Corporate Trust Services
£20.00 - £22.00
City Of London
International Premier Financial Services Group with strong European roots is seeking the services of a Reconciliations Clerk with experience in both cash and stock.
The Corporate Trust area duties involve the management of fixed income style (Bond) Instrument's post issue date. This includes actions such as, coupon and redemption cash payments, management of corporate action events that occur on the underlying security that the Bond may be linked to, and delivery of the underlying security of required at redemption.
Your key responsibilities will see you:
•Payments of cash
•Delivery of securities
•Reconciliation of cash and securities
•Preparation of Coupon/redemption advices
•Review and modification of legal documents as necessary
•Liaison with common depository Agents, ICSD's and CSD's
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience working with Cash and Stock reconciliation's within previous roles. You will need to have an excellent knowledge of Fixed Income products. You should be someone who has a strong ability to understand and assimilate technical products and systems information in a methodical and accelerated manner.
