Job Description
My client is one of the UKs top 10 real estate advisory organisations, employing over 1000 people, and providing a broad range of real estate consultancy services including agency, valuation, property management, building consultancy and general consultancy to UK and international clients. This is a great opportunity for an individual with some credit control experience to join an experienced team in a large multinational company.
This is a newly created position - and will involve:
- Managing your own ledger,
- Collecting rent from commercial clients,
- Payment allocations,
- Account reconciliations and
- Producing reports for the Credit Manager. You will need a minimum of 6 months credit control experience in a business-to-business environment, excellent communication skills and the enthusiasm to learn new skills in order to progress your career in credit control.
