Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to work within a leading media company, based in the West End of London. Working within a dynamic credit control team of 7, you will be responsible for your own ledger of UK and European clients, and your duties will include:
- Minimising bad debt and maximising cash flow via the chasing of outstanding debt (targets of 30-50 calls per day)
- Dealing with any queries (internal and external)
- Payment allocation
- Producing monthly aged debt analysis reports
- Account reconciliation
- Setting up customer accounts and processing online credit checks
- Issuing credit notes
- Issuing invoices
- Building relationships with clients
Skills required:
- Proven credit control experience - ideally within the media industry
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
