Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
New business quotes - available for telephone contact with Customer Centres, Sales Engineers, Distributors and Customers requesting finance quotations.
Credit administration / preparation requesting D&B Reports, credit score applications, asset valuations, preparing proposals for recommendation or approval where appropriate.
Pre-contract request invoice/s from suppliers, prepare all documents, send documents to customer, collect signed documents and ensure correctness / compliance of all paperwork prior to forwarding to Contract Manager for processing.
Customer enquiries first point of contact for customers with queries on Contracts.
Contract Management
Sits those with a Credit Analyst background
