Job Description
Newly created position has arisen for this highly regarded company based in Stansted. They are looking for a Credit Control Supervisor to supervise a team of 2 and to oversee the Credit Control function. You will also be heavily involved with the reporting, so strong Excel skills will be highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, strong credit control and Excel skills. This will be a challenging, rewarding and exciting role for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio of UK and International accounts.
- Assessment of new customers.
- Pro-active cash collection involving regular contact with the customer.
- Liaison with other internal departments providing update on customer status.
- Advising management when collection action needs escalating.
- Maintaining log of customer contact and activity.
- Assisting in the preparation of Management reports
- Deputising for the UK Credit Manager in their absence
