Our client is a market leader of online hotel reservations in Europe. Since 1996 their team has expanded to more than 800 professionals and has built a company that provides on-line hotel reservations in the best possible way. They are now looking to recruit a Credit Control Team Leader / Credit Control Supervisor to join their team.

Applying your proven skills, as a Credit Control Team Leader / Credit Control Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Credit Control Manager to motivate and lead the Credit Control team. This role will provide exposure to the management teams in Cambridge and Amsterdam.
Your responsibilities will encompass both team management and debt management tasks, with duties including:
- providing ongoing management support to the team in terms of debt management trainings, best practice, advisory guidance
- scheduling and distributing tasks and projects ensuring deadlines are communicated and met
- assisting with the training of new starters
- managing any escalated queries regarding payment issues, invoicing, system problems
- assisting the finance team with invoicing, reminders or cash collection
To succeed as the Credit Control Team Leader / Credit Control Supervisor you must be an articulate and enthusiastic professional with leadership flair and the skill to motivate others. As well as experience within finance or credit control, you will be passionate about providing the best possible levels of training and support in debt management and have the experience or potential to run a highly efficient and dynamic team.
Additionally, you will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and you should be efficient at multi-tasking, organised, adaptable and capable of working on your own initiative.
