Job Description



The purpose of the Head of Corporate Treasury role is to lead and manage a Treasury Sales team whose remit is to aggressively grow the Bank's corporate client market share through new business development, supporting both areas of the Treasury business in funding and revenue generation.

As Head of Corporate Treasury you will be responsible for the following:



- Maximise the delivery of FX and IRD income from all existing clients

- Manage all aspects of the Midlands Treasury team including recruitment, training and performance management

- Assist in setting annual targets for the Midlands team and ensure these are exceeded

- Work closely with heads of sales teams in other regions

- Market and acquire quality corporate client relationships to deliver against both funding and revenue business objectives

This role requires an individual with an excellent track record in Treasury sales and expert knowledge on all treasury products including money market instruments (fixed deposits, CD's and CP), foreign exchange (and associated products), and interest rate derivatives. It is essential to have a track record in building/managing strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and the team.
