Specialising in all aspects of corporate finance this UK arm of an impressive US firm is rapidly growing and looking for strong Directors and possible M.Ds who can help lead this continued expansion. The strongest part of their business is currently their corporate restructuring and business turn around practice. Already they have some of the most influential players in the market on board and these existing relationships have facilitated their rapid growth. So large is their pipeline of work they`ve recently had to turn away projects, thus the need for new expertise. Of particular interest are corporate restructuring experts from either banks or accounting firms who seek a more entrepreneurial environment. We`re looking ideally for Directors with corporate restructuring experience who are looking for the challenge of utilising their network of contacts to make an immediate impact on the expansion of the firm.
