Job Description
Core responsibilities include the following:
Manage a designated portfolio of customer relationships in order to identify and satisfy customer needs in the most appropriate way meeting both Group Credit and business requirements and represent the Group in dealings with potential customers and industry introducers.
Prepare and monitor business plans for the portfolio in order to meet customer profitability requirements and business objectives.
Review customer proposals in order to best meet Group and customer requirements and identify opportunities to develop further economic profit, recommending and implementing the appropriate solutions.
Manage the customer interface on behalf of the Group and other interested parties in order to ensure enquiries and issues are satisfactorily resolved.
Negotiate terms and conditions for products and services after consulting with all relevant parties and prepare proposals in order to seek approval for credit exposure.
Monitoring risk positions including the utilisation of facilities, dealing with excesses, reporting other excess and managing away unacceptable risk.
Prepare and present proposals for new and existing business, liaising with other specialist providers as appropriate in order to maximise the potential for overall business return.
Create and develop business leads and introductions in order to maximise business growth for the Group.
Manage any changes to systems, processes and working practices in order to achieve operational improvement.
Ensure that documentation is compliant with credit sanction, Bank and Regulatory policy in order to minimise risk.
Review and challenge management information in order to provide robust reports for senior management on earnings and risk.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong knowledge within the Fund Management sector to join an established team within a large UK Bank, and have an impact on the business.
