Job Description

The respected investment banking arm of a well established global group is looking to expand by taking on a vice president level investment banker in the rapidly growing and profitable Energy and Utilities sector. With a dedicated investment banking arm and unrivalled industry expertise, this is an enviable opportunity to be an integral part of a successful team in a firm which is a market leader in its chosen sectors. My client has a pan European focus as well at the mid-cap deal size, but is increasingly working in North American, Asian and African markets. The ideal candidate should have the equivalent to seven years experience in an investment banking or corporate finance institution, with a focus on M&A transactions within the Energy and Utilities sector. However candidates with experience from all sectors will be considered. The ability and desire to run a transaction from start to finish is highly desirable as are strong client facing and management skills.
