Job Description
Work with senior stakeholders, win contracts and build relationships. All of this to help the bank build an impressive portfolio of Workplace Banking Clients. They want to develop the potential service proposition of the Workplace Banking initiative and need a Relationship Manger to help them do so.
In building and maintaining internal and external relationships, you'll take sales and service excellence into the workplace of new clients to focus on growing the value of Workplace Banking, managing all aspects of commercial arrangements and contracts in the process.
You'll use this simple, yet effective strategy to develop powerful partnerships with key stakeholders and identify potential clients for Workplace Banking. More specifically, you'll be conducting research, evaluating sales performance data, scheduling business activity and developing marketing materials to fulfil customer needs.
In return for your hard work this bank will offer you valuable benefits like great bonus potential, private healthcare, childcare savings, and a huge range of employee discounts. You'll also enjoy a unique company spirit that believes in giving people the freedom to do a great job today, and the support to reach their biggest ambitions in the future.
This role is all about relationship development, so the ability to network effectively, build rapport and influence various stakeholders is essential. You will need the entrepreneurial innovation to expand client portfolios. Rejection is part of business, and you'll need to know how to cope well with it to ensure it never affects your delivery of high quality customer service and strong drive for results. Knowledge of sales management techniques, and experience in data analysis and research are also a must, as are PC skills for word and spreadsheet processing.
