Job Description
We are recruiting for a top 10 firm based out of the reading office that is looking to take on an experienced corporate finance individual for the lead advisory team. It could be that you are looking to move up to a larger firm to be able to work with more prestigious clients or you may be at the big four but not finding the work life balance that you need.
The clients you will be working with are typically small and medium-sized businesses, largely entrepreneurial and owner managed and private equity houses and banks focusing on transactions in the £2m - £50m range. Your duties will include managing the teams workload, completing valuation analysis, modelling of private equity deals and maintaining client relationships.
You will need to be ACA or ACCA qualified with previous experience of working within a corporate finance position. You should be willing to travel nationally and internationally. As you would expect with a top 10 firm a competitive benefits package would be offered as well as excellent progression available, looking to make associate director in the next few years.
