Job Description
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide specialist product support on all aspects of documentary letters of credit, collections and guarantees to all internal partners to assist in developing business opportunities and satisfy the customer of the integrity and professionalism of this complex area.
- Interface with all Documentary letter of credit customers, monitoring their inputs and outputs, providing support and guidance to them and the corporate relationship manager ensuring individual customer needs are fully understood and met.
- Identify and develop appropriate customer solutions, bespoke if necessary, to retain and maintain the customer.
- Ensure all Documentary letter of credit applications are processed to internationally accepted standards within current International Chamber of Commerce rules and industry best practise
Skills required
- Respected as a subject matter expert for Documentary Letters of Credit, collections and guarantees
- Confidence to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to achieve desired outcome
- Numerate with well developed IT skills
- Up to date knowledge of all ICC rules pertaining to all areas covering Documentary Letters of credit, guarantees and Documentary Collections
- Good business and operational administration skills and experience
- Effective organisational skills
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people and cultures
