A leading independent corporate finance advisory firm which advises Corporates, Financial Institutions, Private Equity Houses and Governments and is active throughout Europe, has an outstanding position for an Oil and Gas Corporate Finance Analysts and Associates. With their advisory services covering Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Debt, Restructuring and Strategic Advice you will gain fantastic exposure to a varied transaction range. Working on a cross-border deals, you will join a 60-strong elite team focusing on the Oil and Gas sectors but with exposure to other fields such as: Consumer goods, Defence and Aerospace, Electronics, General industrial, Leisure, Media, Real estate, Retail, Support services, Transport and Utilities. Due to expansion and large deal flow they are looking for both 2nd/3rd year Analysts and associates who are entrepreneurial, diligent and creative as from day one you will have real responsibility to work on Corporate Finance and M&A transactions from origination through to execution.
