Senior Corporate Action Analyst
£20 - £35 per hour
Temporary - Ongoing
London - Docklands
An exceptional Corporate Actions Analyst is required by a highly respected Top Tier Investment Bank. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team within this global institution. The successful candidate will join an established team of qualified and experienced Corporate Action Analysts specialized in providing advice on all issues relating to stock and cash balances and verifying corporate action payment information within European and Emerging Markets.
Main responsibilities include:
- Verifying Corporate Action payment information
- Reconciling stock and cash balances daily
- Processing and Paying Voluntary Corporate Action events
- Investigating and clearing risk
- Responding to internal client queries
- Liaising with the Stock Loan and Broker Dealer Analysts
You will ideally have experience of Corporate Actions within a large and complex organisation and be looking to make your mark in a challenging, yet rewarding environment.
Skills required:
- Must be hard working and able to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have previous Corporate Action experience
