Job Description
High calibre individual, ideally MBA qualified, with a strong M&A Transaction background, gained from a corporate development, investment banking or private equity environment, sought by this prestigious global house.
Situated within the bank's Treasury Services area, the role caries responsibility for all business development and M&A activity across the APAC and EMEA regions. This will involve working closely with the business to assess and execute acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and commercial relationships, in addition to taking part in Strategy projects. The role requires applicants to demonstrate a strong understanding of Corporate Finance theory and valuation, together with the proven ability to steer deal teams towards the successful conclusion of transactions.
This is a demanding and challenging role, and the successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience of deal leadership, valuation/structuring and negotiations. Superior problem solving and analytical skills are essential, together with excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the financial services industry.
