Job Description
Major global house seeks senior project manager with in-depth experience of commercial and/or pre-paid cards, to include knowledge of SDOL, to lead major implementation projects. This will include building and managing the project plan for ongoing implementation, overseeing the completion of documentation, and transitioning client relationships onto the bank's systems.
This is a client facing role, with responsibility for providing advice on process development, sharing best practices, etc.. providing ongoing BAU support and acting as a central point of liaison between clients and other business areas within the bank to include legal, product management, operations, technology, sales, and risk management. The successful candidate will also work closely with Sales, Relationship Management and other project teams, identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities where appropriate.
Applicants will be dynamic individuals with superior communication, problem solving and technology skills, previous experience of client negotiation and a good understanding of technology.
