Job Description
The operations change management area of an eminent international bank has overall responsibility for the management and control of strategic projects within operations. The role is for a back office business analyst to support operations project portfolio. The role is based in London.
As a business analyst you will be required to undertake business and systems analysis tasks to identify and specify required changes, and then progressing and managing these through specification, testing and implementation, working alongside business representatives, it analysts, developers and support staff and vendor consultants.
Candidates must have significant experience in delivering business related changes to back office processes and procedures in and around operations systems, mainly summit. The candidate must have an extensive analysis background and thus a thorough understanding of the skills associated with a broad business analyst role.
The preferred business analyst candidate for this role will have proven experience of multiple derivative asset classes (e.g. FX, interest rate & credit) and an excellent understanding of end to end operations processes and workflows including handoffs with other impacted business groups, e.g. trading, product control and finance.
