Job Description

A leading global provider of financial indices with a strong presence and reputation within the market place, and with continuous annual growth, has created an exciting position for an Index Analyst to join the Operations Department immediately on a Fixed –Term basis.

Reporting to the manager within the Asia Pacific team, you will be at the hub of the business and gain vast exposure at this level.

You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the day-to-day management of products, including daily completion of production procedures, creating and checking products to deadlines, as well as using data sources to research and analyse corporate actions and their impact on indices. You will also be maintaining and managing stock information in a timely manner.

 

To be successful in this position you will need to have some experience working within a financial services or fund management background and have previous exposure to corporate actions and their respective impact on shareholders.

Knowledge of using Bloomberg, Datastream, Reuters or Factsheet would be an advantage.
