Job Description

My client is a global Investment Bank and are looking to bring in a VP for their Metals & Mining team in order to help grow the London office and build their global reach in the sector. The team provides advisory and lending services throughout the metals, mining and minerals sectors focusing on M&A, Strategic advice, Divestitures, Valuations, Project Lending, Syndication as well as Debt Underwriting and Advisory. The role ensures a large amount of responsibility in the group that ensures autonomy and the ability to originate and execute transactions. In order to be successful you will preferably have the following attributes: - Minimum of 5 years experience in a Corporate Finance Advisory role, preferably post qualified ACA (or equivalent within the Metals & Mining sector) - Demonstrable knowledge of transaction involvement in a variety of transaction execution mandates - Strong financial modelling - Knowledge of the Metals & Mining industry - Strong academic record If you match these criteria and are interested in being considered for this role, please submit your CV quoting reference SDU99142
