We are recruitng for an Inspirational Leader to establish and implement a World Class Supply Chain change programme
You will:
-Develop a clear case for change to move from a world class manufacturing programme to world class supply chain programme
-Develop the strategy for establishing a world class supply chain and drive the implementation of the world class supply chain programme
-Share best practice internationally and collaborate with key stakeholders both in the UK and globally
-Work closely with the world class manufacturing project team to ensure an aligned approach
-Lead a team of approximately 1- 2 in the first 9 months moving to 20 plus people once the programme commences

For the position of World Class Supply Chain Manager we are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in business change, supported by experience of both lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. An FMCG background would be ideal as you will be dealing with the fast moving nature of an organisation with 40 brands. You will need a good breadth of knowledge across the whole supply chain, including an understanding of best practice operations through use of networking. We are looking for strategic thinkers who have the ability to consider the bigger picture, and who are clearly self-driven, engaging and tenacious with strong communications, relationship building and influencing skills. You must be able to demonstrate clear success in your career to date.
