HR Change Consultant

Are you an HR King or Queen whose bored of your job and looking for a new challenge which will add value and transform the HR functions of some of the UK's leading brands?
Our client is a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services and is looking for talented individuals to help grow their HR transformation practice. The work will be varied, working with the HR departments of leading brands and related teams to analyse design and roll-out HR processes and systems. You will deliver people solutions to business problems as part of a major business transformation, or specialised pieces of work such as implementing a new performance management framework. You will be involved in data gathering, process analysis and improvement, ownership and support of team deliverables, basic project and stream management.
Ideally will have proven experience of working in a HR-related environment gained from either a line or consulting role - It is essential that you have experience in one of the following areas; Shared Services; HR Operating Model; Talent Management; Organisation Development; Business Process Re-engineering, HR system implementation. You will have strong communication skills and be good at building and developing working relationships.
