THE FIRM:

A leading light in the mid-market, this firm specialises in providing Corporate Finance services to some of the fastest-growing and most dynamically expanding organisations in the world. In Lead Advisory, this means that leading a project means dealing with some of the sharpest (and sometimes harshest) individuals in industry.

THE ROLE:

Reporting directly to the highly-regarded and well known Partners of the firm, you will work as part of the Corporate Finance lead advisory team providing a first class service working on disposals, MBO's, MBI's, mergers and acquisitions.

Your key responsibilities will be as follows:

Leading smaller deals and acting as team member on larger deals Marketing to intermediaries
Preparing and presenting proposals Implementation of local and national business plans Management
Coaching and development of team members

THE CANDIDATE:

Unlike some of the bigger Lead Advisory firms, which take more of a 'bums on seats' approach and recruit basic people en-mass, this unique boutique business is extremely selective about who it invites to join the business. This means that you will demonstrate interpersonal excellence - probably ranked in the top 5% of your current organisation. Specifically, you MUST satisfy the following criteria if you wish to be considered:

ACA qualified with first-time passes
Exceptional academic background
AT LEAST 3 years of strong Corporate Finance experience with a reputable firm.
