Working in the central compliance team and managing one person, you will be required to liaise with senior members the organisation. The key areas of responsibility will be to work with HR to coordinate and provide the compliance education and development programme, undertake risk based reviews of key business areas, FSA registrations and deregistration and orchestrate the compliance intranet site as well as provide innovative solutions to the compliance awareness programme. In order to qualify, it is essential that you are extremely competent in FSA registrations and deregistration, FSA client categorisation and well versed in all policies and directives of FSA rules and European Legislation.
