Job Description
Leading International Finance Company are seeking a number of Customer Relations Officers for a newly formed team. You will be working as team to resolve Customer Complaints in the shortest time possible. Managing your own workload, using your excellent phone manner, listening and negotiating skills, whilst influencing customers to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. You will have a Finance Background ideally with exposure to secured/unsecured loan industry in the UK. Customer Service/Collections experience required. Strong letter writing and telephone skills are essential and the ability to manage and prioritise own time effectively. A strong focus on achieving results and good knowledge of MCOB, ICOB and DISP preferred. You will be an excellent negotiator and able to find positive outcomes to difficult situations and have the ability to prioritise and manage risks. Suitable Candidates will either come from the FSA, Banking Environment, or Customer Relations/Complaints handling backgrounds. .
