Job Description
Very prestigious international Life & Pensions organisation requires a Training and Competence Officer to cover the Southern Home Counties but based out of their Brighton head-office,
You will be providing guidance and support to the advisors and the management team on the day-to-day risk affecting both the advisor and the company. The role is mainly field risk, and will involve the incumbent helping to identify and monitor all facets of risk in the location
In addition to the above you will also help to maintain the requirements of the Regulator.
You should be FPC 3 qualified and have previous experience in a T&C based position within financial planning, banking or mortgages.
Candidates who have only a complaints background will not be considered for this role.
