Job Description
The administration and Secretariat department of a leading International Property and Fund Management organisation are currently looking for a Group Compliance Officer to join their Risk and Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day activities of all FSA regulated companies and all compliance for the companies. The role will involve primarily creation and management of property funds, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and fund promotions. There will also be an element of mortgages and general insurance responsibilities. In achieving this you will be required to stay abreast of FSA regulation, approve financial promotions, report to the board of a regular basis on compliance matters, deal with regulated complaints and ensure all procedures adhere to ISO9001.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience in Compliance, preferably in a similar environment. You will have the experience, self sufficiency, motivation and ability to create a compliant environment. You will also be confident in dealing with staff at all levels, analysing issues and providing suitable solutions. Character wise, you will be hard working, enthusiastic, a great communicator and have the ability to work individual and within a team.
