Job Description
Corporate Finance Compliance- Associate Director level.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a niche investment bank in the city. They require an experienced Compliance Professional to join their London Compliance and provide support to the Corporate Finance function and help with the overall development of the function.
This is a varied and challenging role whereby you will be providing legal and regulatory advice primarily to corporate finance and corporate broking lines.
You will act as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer and provide oversight of disclosures to Takeover Panel and LSE, and of daily sales and trading activity.
Management of conflicts of interest through joint running of control room function, attend to weekly New Business Committee and Corporate Finance meetings.
You will partake in various ad-hoc projects such as reviewing proposed regulatory changes and initiatives, assessing their impact and updating staff and management thereon.
To be successful, you must be either a qualified lawyer or an experienced corporate finance compliance officer and have a sound understanding of LSE, AIM and Takeover Panel rules, gained from an investment banking and / or a Regulator background.
You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and business facing skills.
