Job Description

An innovative and dynamic international IFA organisation requires a talented and enthusiastic individual to help develop and mentor their growing financial services sales division. You will be responsible for designing and presenting training courses to experienced IFA's to help them improve their existing client development skills. In order to be considered for this role you must be either fully FPC or CFP qualified and you must have had previous recent sales experience within an IFA or Tied environment. Above all you must have a genuine passion for training and development and not see this role as merely an escape route from poor market conditions.
