Job Description
Leading European Investment Bank seeks Commodities Documentation Supervisor to join the expanding team. The Commodities Group is a market leader in providing innovative risk management solutions for a wide variety of clients. The group trades a diverse range of Exchange and OTC products. These include Base and Precious Metals, Energy products ranging from Natural Gas and Oil to Weather Derivatives and Carbon Emissions. They are also active in the physical markets and deliver Precious Metals, Power and Natural Gas on a daily basis, with an operational presence in London, New York, Houston, Singapore and Bangalore.
This role will focus on the generation of transaction confirmations for the Energy & Base Metals Confirmations Group. The main responsibilities will include: the generation of deal confirmations for OTC Energy Derivative Products T+1 (Swaps, Options, Futures, Forwards, Swaptions, Novations, Unwinds and Drafts); liaison with Front/Middle Office regarding trade bookings and resolving discrepancies.; reconciling FX hedges for Energy Business; maintenance of Emissions Registry and physical position; resolving trade economic; and the maintenance of static client data and new client adoption.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in commodities documentation generation; knowledge of commodity products; good understanding of front-to-back operational flow; and excellent interpersonal skills.
