The back office team for commodities supports the European Commodities Business across the following business lines Gas, Power, Coal, Freight, Emissions, Oil and Precious Metals.
The team comprises of 14 people who provide contract administration and trade positions support to the European commodities business. The team is responsible for the accurate drafting, reviewing and execution of confirmations
This key role will see you:
•Support the respective Commodities Trade Support and Documentation Teams.
•Daily managing of incoming electronic and manual Fax Queues.
•Daily managing and clearing of e-mail group inboxes.
•Documentation maintenance: Scanning, filing, archiving.
•Maintaining the filing system for all our files.
•Assisting other team members with their work loads as and when required.
•Monitor stationary supplies and order where necessary.
This presents a great opportunity for a commercially minded individual to add value in a proactive relationship led organisation. You must have an excellent knowledge of the commodities markets.
