Job Description
A professional, experienced candidate is sought for the role of Energy Customer Support Assistant at one of the leading providers of inter-dealer brokerage services. The role is based in London.
As an integral part of the energy customer support team, which is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the firm's energy service, you will assist in providing 1st-level support to internal and external customers.
The role will focus on all aspects of the energy service including exchange registration systems. The main duties will include maintaining accurate static credit data within the energy match trading system and overall support of the energy divisions clearing activities.
The role demands good knowledge of energy markets, and a general understanding of exchanges and clearing houses. You will have had experience of static data maintenance, and you should also be able to demonstrate your excellent customer focus and self-management skills.
