Job Description
Helpdesk Administrator
Immediate vacancy has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to work in this busy inter-dealer broker based in the City.
You will be the first port of call for the IT Helpdesk for 600+ people, duties to include updating the database for the Helpdesk, allocating calls to the correct team, ordering equipment and other general ad hoc admin duties such as chasing invoices and allocating payments.
Strong Excel is required with a minimum of 2 years' admin experience within a similar role, including a telephone customer focused role.
