Job Description
Our Client is a leading provider of management and administration services for debt capital markets and structured finance vehicles, repackaging programmes, specialist fiduciary products and bespoke corporate holding structures for large banks, institutional clients and private investors. They offer real substance and expertise with local directors, trustees, accountants and administrators whose mix of experience and client focus provide real and timely support.
Due to an increase in business, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Fund Administrator of Fund and SPV Vehicles.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Taking on of client work including being the first point of contact for a new client
- Understanding the structure and preparation of procedures/synopsis detailing the on-going administration of structure
- Completion of new business take-on documentation and set-up of structure
- Liaising with the central kyc/aml team
- Opening of bank accounts
- Reviewing of documents from administrators perspective
- Identifying administrators responsibilities contained therein and escalating any issues arising from the document review
- Arranging for execution of closing documents on behalf of the SPV and co-ordinating with legal counsels to ensure receipt of transaction bibles
- Liaising with the in house directors of the vehicle
- On going work including meeting periodic reporting obligations; organising payments to and from the vehicles accounts; client and investor facing queries; arranging, attending and minuting directors meetings; and liaising with the in house accountants and the auditors in respect of audit queries
Skills:
- Ideally experience in working with Corporate SPV/section 110/ securitisation companies
- Fund administration (in particular but not only) private equity funds or property funds Benefits:
