Job Description

This job is to work for an established property management/investment company in Barnet .Reporting to the Head of finance and supervising a small team you must have previous industry experience and duties will include:Maintaining and analysing rent and sales ledgers,supplier reconciliations,property completions and ground rent administration,project monitoring and reporting for board meetings,Management accounts preparation,statutory accounts and audit file preparation,group VAT returns,Project expenditure analysis and monthly management reporting,reporting and monitoring of two off site subsidiaries

35 hours per week, pension,healthcare,25 days holiday,social club

Qualified,Part qualified or QBE
Construction or Property ,investment/management/development experience
Good I/T skills, ideally excel and Sun accounts
