Job Description

A leading Transaction Management Group is expanding and requires a new Associate Manager. Working closely with Front Office you will support the product areas within this highly specialised team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of Asset finance and leasing experience as they will need to hit the ground running. The main purpose of the role is to manage the structured finance asset portfolio (leasing) and oversee the management accounts, prepare the statutory packs, manage the transactions within Alpha system, cash flow ( invoices out of Alfa), working in conjunction with Front office & the new transactions team you will help to close the transaction. You will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience with a variety of products (securitisation and structured finance). The culture is work hard, enjoyable, and relaxed, everyone is approachable and well respected. Joining a team of eight qualified accountants you must also be qualified ACA, ACCA or ACMA. You also must have relevant experience within Asset Finance and leasing experience. There is ample room to progress within this role for the right well driven individual.
