Job Description
Reporting to Head of Operations this individual will proactively manage maturing hire, lease and rental contracts, this will involve communicating with the hirer concerning the extension, return or sale of the asset.
Duties would include advising hirers of due dates and negotiating if an agreement has been broken, inspect and value assets and month end reporting. Experience in Asset Management is essential and experience of working in a financial or leasing environment would be extremely beneficial.
