Job Description
Prestigious Asset Management company seeks individual to deliver client service expertise to its clients that are using its Liquidity Funds portal and to establish global outsourcing support arrangements for the portal service.
Main responsibilities of the role will include: Portal Onboarding (supporting registration process, liaison with custodian, co-ordination of activities with project manager...)Portal changes (dealing with change request, dealing with business change requirements, liaison with sales and project teams), Portal care and maintenance (provision of training for sales and account managers, co-ordination of training with other offices)
The successful candidate will have demonstrable project lifecycle experience, proven business analysis track record and experience of using established methodologies. An additional requirement is to have proven experience of interacting with service providers and end users, and strong communication skills.
Strongly preferred is knowledge of AML/KYC and experience of liquidity/money market or mutual funds.
