Your role will involve the management of a portfolio of existing Customers (provided from Business Development Managers) using Sales Financing products, organising lending for Local businesses. The Business Manager is responsible for the relationship with the Customer and the levels of service provided. In addition you are responsible and targeted to extend Customers repeat business, therefore maximising income and monitoring and reporting of risk.

Typically your portfolio will have businesses with turnover ranging from £100k to £3mn per annum. Although the Role is principally based in-house there are opportunities to visit Customers when required. 
The Role will give the successful applicant the opportunity to commence a career in Customer Management and develop risk management skills and relationship building skills.
 
We are looking for candidates who have experience within the Factoring and Discounting industry. You may well currently work within Operational or Support functions and looking for the opportunity to use the experience you have gained in your current Role.
 
We would also welcome applications from within financial services industry.
