Our client is part of a rapidly expanding plc who offers a fully integrated business. They source, produce, process, handle and transport a wide range of bulk materials to meet the increasingly demanding needs of today’s industry.An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

This role would suit an AAT level 1 qualified individual with strong MS Excel and Outlook skills looking to work within a rapidly expanding company offering scope for progression.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for data processing, whilst demonstrating accurate analytical skills to monitor control stock levels and assist in the effective and efficient performance of the department.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be highly motivated and work under pressure to produce work within given timescales.

To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant, you must:

- Be AAT level 1 qualified
- Be educated to at least GCSE level (or equivalent) including Maths and English, grade C or higher
- Strong MS Excel and Outlook skills

Additionally, you must possess strong numeric and administrative skills as well as effective communication skills.

Although not essential, stock control experience would be a distinct advantage to your application, as would experience gained within a similar industry.
