Customer Services Advisor – Property Taxes

£19,000 Plus Bonus

As an established property investment company, our client has launched a new service to help property investors mitigate their tax liability by taking full advantage of their entitlement to capital allowances. An opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Services Advisor to join their team.

This role would suit a team player with experience gained within an accountancy or tax related industry looking to work in a highly disciplined organisation that offers excellent opportunities to progress.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for advising commercial property owners about the law, how they can take advantage of it and what claims they can make. This will include speaking with property owners to promote the tax mitigation service and making follow-up calls.

To be considered for the role of Customer Services Advisor, you must have:

- Experience gained within an accountancy or tax related industry
- Experience gained within a phone based role

Additionally, you must possess an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Good numeracy skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also key.
