An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Assistant to join our client’s firm of chartered accountants and professional business advisors.

This role would suit a payroll professional who can work accurately and to tight deadlines. For the right person, this role offers scope for career progression.

As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll services to the firms large and varied client base. You may also be involved in some general bookkeeping.

To be considered for the role of Payroll Assistant, you must have payroll experience gained within an accountancy practice.

Although not essential, previous experience of using Star payroll software would be a distinct advantage to your application. Bookkeeping knowledge would also be beneficial.
