Job Description

If you are looking to work within a creative fun environment within the media television industry in Rome Italy and are a Senior Financial Controller then this is the role for you. The successful candidate will get involved with the following; As aspects of the financial operations including banking, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and month-end close. Ensure all tax and regulatory filings, including but not limited to payroll, VAT, ENPALS,and withholding F24, are made in a timely manner. You will work together with the US Finance department and ensure that month-end close is performed timely to ensure consolidated reporting deadlines are met. Assist in the annual US audit in accordance with US GAAP. Manage the production and review of the statutory entity accounts. Establish, implement, document and maintain internal control procedures. Supervise, motivate and develop management accountant. You will need to have the following; A finance qualification, degree or MBA in economics or finance Experience of working within media or television experience of using Italian software Fluent written and spoken English Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
