Job Description
Global Company are offering an exciting opportunity to an ambitious and experienced Qualified Accountant. Based at their UK HQ in Newbury, the Commercial Finance Manager will have complete responsibility for a division of the business with UK revenues of around £125m. You will manage one analyst and report directly into the UK FD. Salary offered will be £50-55k + 10% bonus + excellent benefits.
The role serves a dual purpose:
One aspect is to look after the monthly accounts, reporting and analysis for the division of the business you oversee. This will involve continually evaluating, analysing and managing the division, ensuring that the UK management team have full visibility and of how it is performing.
The role is also critical in providing financial input to the sales team that will then be used in the tender process, this will allow the account managers and their teams to maximise the commercial value of contracts that they are working on. You will also be extensively involved in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Ideally you will be currently working in a US or UK Corporate and will have a significant amount of specific experience relevant to the role. The business have just reported annual growth and has a very positive outlook, as such, they want to employee an individual who has the potential to develop and be promoted within the UK or Global organisation.
