Our client is a well established IT services company that offers applications hosting, sage accounts, training, software development and network support. An opportunity has now arisen for a Sage Support Analyst / Accountancy Software Consultant to join their team.

The role is demanding, stimulating and offers a range of opportunities to advance your Sage 200 product knowledge and move into a software development, training or network engineering role.

As a Sage Support Analyst / Accountancy Software Consultant you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to customers using Sage 200 software, escalating to 2nd line support where required.

Your work will be mixed with projects based on the roll-out of new or upgraded Sage systems, and occasional on-site work involving the installation, support and modification of Sage 200 software installations.

Your duties will include:

- providing product support for Sage 200 and CRM
- processing customer support calls via the phone
- providing support via remote desktop
- product installation and providing post-installation support

Whilst the ideal Sage Support Analyst / Accountancy Software Consultant will have experience in a similar role, our client also invites applications from the following:
