Job Description
PSD are assisting a large UK based energy provider in the search for a Commercial Sales Finance Manager Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance you will be responsible for providing financial management to the Residential Sales Teams, additionally the role is responsible for the entire OPEX management of the commercial function. The successful candidate will lead a team of 15 with 4 direct reports, reporting and managing commercial OPEX and discretionary spend which amounts to c £175m, lead the team and manage the delivery and analysis of a £90m sales forecast, lead and drive the sales optimization process and deputise for the head of department when required. You must have the ability to challenge and influence members of the board and senior managers, be able to demonstrate proven success of managing finance teams within highly commercial environments as part of a large organization. You must have strong commercial acumen with proven ability to identify areas for improvement.
