Job Description
My client is a medium sized property developer who are involved in medium sized commercial projects across the South East. Following the growth of their business they are looking for a head of finance to help grow their commercial development business through entrepreneurial flair and solid strategic growth. Your role will be to support the operational team, take a hands on approach to the business, undertake the day-today duties from a financial perspective and manage and develop the team. The successful candidate is likely to come from a property development background in a small to medium sized business who has a tenacious nature and is able to demonstrate strategic ability in growing and developing new projects.
