Job Description
My client is a market leading construction and facilities management company with an enviable reputation within the sector. A number of impressive new contract wins mean they are looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Finance Manager.
Within the role you will have responsibility for the reporting activity within a number of assigned contracts. This will cover monthly reporting and analysis to facilitate better decision making, budgeting, forecasting, and planning, financial control acting as a key point of liaison with the client. You will also act as deputy to the Operations Directors of the various contracts.To succeed in the role you will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record of achievement within a commercial environment. Excellent communication and client facing skills are essential as is the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Prior experience of financial supporting major outsourced contracts would be advantageous.
