Job Description
An International provider of Retail and Leisure Services are currently seeking an outstanding candidate to join the business as Financial Controller. This is a broad role with responsibilities for all management accounting, financial process and controls. The principle accountabilities are: Ensuring compliance with all company accounting procedures, production of monthly & weekly management accounts are delivered to timescales, delivery of financial accounts & year end processes, recruitment & development of accounting staff, assisting with budgeting & forecasting. As well as the day to running of the finance team you will be required to assist with identifying risks & opportunities in order provide recommendations on potential solutions. You will be a qualified accountant with proven experience from the Retail, Travel or Leisure sectors, having been heavily involved in change programs and be comfortable in a high volume – low value process environment.
